| Learning self-efficiency is an important part for the students'learning dynamic mechanism. It plays important driving force for the student's development, but in reality, we find the rural teachers, parents and students themselves to explore the learning and using of self-efficiency is not enough, especially researcher's study about the girls of junior middle school in the rural areas is rather weak. Based on these reasons, this study tries to research the girls'learning self-efficiency on the condition of building a new and harmonious rural.In this study, taking these girls of the rural junior middle school as the research object, we adopt the method of document analysis, survey, and investigate these girls'differences of grade, academic performance, gender, urban and rural areas, and so on. Then analysis the related factors to learning self-efficiency. According to these, we propose some instructive suggestions for these girls.Around the research of the girls of the rural junior middle school, this thesis is divided into the following five sections:Partâ… :Introduction. This part describes the reasons of choosing this topic, puts forwards the issues of this research, discusses the theory of learning self-efficiency, overviews domestic and overseas'relative literatures on the research, and gives commentary for the relative literatures.Partâ…¡:Researching design. This part mainly involves research objectives, hypothesis, methods, ideas, tools, important and difficult points, the research frameworks and process about the girls of the rural junior middle school whose learning self-efficiency.Partâ…¢:Programming the measuring scale and quality inspection. Based on the book of The Measuring Scales of Learning Self-efficiency, we try to program The Measuring Scales of Learning Self-efficiency of Rural Middle Schools which fits the students of the rural middle schools. The measuring scales includes the sense of achievements, learning aptitude, learning doubting, learning controlling, learning striving and learning self-confidence. These six dimensions are composed of 41 questions. Through surveying and re-surveying about the girls of the rural junior middle schools, and inspecting the qualities, the measuring scales'internal consistency is 0.729, and the re-measuring validity is up to 0.803, which shows that the inventory has high reliability and validity. Partâ…£:Investigation and studying on the learning self-efficiency of the girls in the rural junior middle schools.This part is the core of the research. Through questionnaires about the students in five rural middle schools and two urban middle schools, we obtain 636 pieces of valid questionnaires. Using the statistical software SPSS 16.0 questionnaire data processing and statistical analysis, we come up with the conclusions and relative factors of these girls in rural junior middle schools.Partâ…¤:Training Strategies. The strategies of training the learning self-efficiency about the girls in the rural middle schools, which can provide values for the rural teachers, the parents to their children and the students the ability of training the learning self-efficiency.Though the studying we come to the following conclusions:1. The learning self-efficiency for the girls of the rural junior middle schools is no difference in grade, gender, region, whether or not the only child, the parents'job title and so on. But there are great differences in academic performance, students'age, and students'positions, parenting styles, the parents'literal level and other factors.2.By doing statistical analysis the results of The Measuring Scales of Learning Self-efficiency of Rural Middle Schools, we draw some conclusions that these girls' sense of learning achievements is rather high, but their senses of learning aptitude, learning doubting, learning controlling, learning striving and learning self-confidence are relative low.3. We know from the analysis of related factors: these six dimensions --learning achievements, learning aptitude,learning doubting,learning controlling,learningstriving and learning self-confidence are key factors for the girls'learning self-efficiency; grade, age, academic performance, students' positions also affect the level of he learning self-efficiency; gender and region are not the main factors for the learning self-efficiency; the family plays important role in the students'learning self-efficiency, mainly the parents'educational methods and literal level; besides, the schools also play important influence for the students'learning self-efficiency, especially the teachers'teaching efficiency.4. According to investigation of the learning self-efficiency of the girls in the rural junior middle schools, we put forward the following training strategies from aspects of teacher and parents: for the teachers, they can enhance the rural middle schools girls' sense of learning self-efficiency; the teacher should guide the students to set appropriate learning goals; the teachers should also improve their own teaching self-efficiency; the innovate teaching and evaluation methods; For the parents, they are advised to change the traditional concepts of education and to use appropriate instructive methods, to enhance the parents'sense self-efficiency. |
