A Study On The Evaluation Indexes About Innovation System Of Cultural Tourism Industry

Innovation system has become a popular theory which is used in various sorts and varieties nowadays, so as in cultural tourism industry. It has been a criticality factor in the regeneration and protracting life cycle of cultural tourism production. However, the present situation is that most studies are focus on productions in expert region, going a long way towards innovation ability is weakness.The connotation of Innovation system of cultural tourism industry (ISCTI) is analyzed in the study, so as the state innovation system theory, regional innovation system theory, system sciences theory. Based on current research highlight home and abroad, an evaluation indexes system on ISCTI is founded. In the study's view, the energy of cultural tourism industry comes from product innovation, which is dated from cultural innovation. And cultural innovation is the center and target of ISCTI, which is the foundation of evaluation indexes system on ISCTI.The study is made up of three parts. Related conceptions of ISCTI are introduced and defined in part one. The concept of ISCTI is presented. Part two, setting and argument the evaluation indexes of ISCTI. Introducing, European Innovation Scoreboard and 21st Century Innovation Working Group Final Report in America, mirroring their, discussing with tourist experts, and considering of the fact in China cultural tourism industry, it formed the questionnaire of evaluation indexes on ISCTI which includes of 46factors. And then, SPSS 13.0, factoranalysis and PCA mainly, is used to analyze the data from the questionnaire, an evaluation indexes includes of 15 new factors is founded.
