Research On The Coupling Evaluation Of Xinyang City's Cultural Industry And Tourism Industry

With the continuous development of our country's economy and society,the consumption demand of the public for culture and tourism products shows a rapid growth trend.Based on this,most cities in China have raised the development of cultural industry and tourism industry to a strategic position,and began to formulate relevant cultural and tourism industry development plans.On the basis of summarizing the concepts of coupling,cultural industry,tourism industry and the coupling of culture and tourism industry,this paper expounds the theories needed in this paper,including industrial system coupling theory,system theory,coupling coordination degree theory and industrial chain theory.This paper analyzes the coupling power and path between culture and tourism industry development.Based on the current situation of culture and tourism industry development in Xinyang city,combined with the theory of coupling and coupling coordination degree of related industries,this paper selects the relevant index data of culture and tourism industry development level in Xinyang city from 2009 to2018,and discusses the coupling degree,coupling coordination degree and synchronism of culture and tourism industry in Xinyang city by constructing coupling development evaluation model.The results show that the coupling degree values of culture and tourism industry in Xinyang City from 2009 to 2018 are above 0.98,showing a high coupling degree,indicating that the development coupling degree of culture and tourism industry in Xinyang City in the last decade is better;from the level of coupling degree coordination,Xinyang City's coupling degree coordination level in the last decade has gradually developed from moderate imbalance to primary coordination.From the point of view of the coupling degree synchronization between culture and tourism industry,from 2009 to 2015,Xinyang tourism industry developed rapidly,and the synchronous type changed from the initial tourism lag type to the synchronous development type and the cultural lag type.After 2016,the development level of cultural industry in Xinyang is better than that of tourism industry,and the synchronous type of the two industries has changed to the tourism lag type.Finally,this paper puts forward some suggestions to improve thecoupling development of cultural industry and tourism industry in Xinyang City,and points out that Xinyang City should first rely on the scale advantage of tourism industry to promote the development of cultural industry;secondly,it needs to rely on the creativity of cultural industry to promote the rapid development of tourism industry;finally,cultural industry and tourism industry should be actively linked to promote the long-term economic and social development of Xinyang City.
