Including three chapters, this thesis is about the study of L. A. Feuerbach's Eudaemonism. The first chapter makes an introduction on the theoretic sources of Feuerbach's Eudaemonism, which inherits the traditions of perceptual eudaemonism and was created on the basis of animadversion against Christianism divinity theory, Kant and Hegel's mentalism theory. The second chapter expatiates on the content of Feuerbach's Eudaemonism theory. Feuerbach studies eudaemonia mainly from following three relationships, life and eudaemonia, living and eudaemonia, moral principles and eudaemonia. He put forward the viewpoints of 'the life itself is eudaemonia','all things belong to life are elements of eudaemonia' and 'the moral's principles are eudaemonia'; especially between the relationship of moral principles and eudaemonia, in order to carry out the basic principle of 'the moral's principles are eudaemonia', Feuerbach mainly discussed the relationship between eudaemonia and the moral conceptions, such as egoism, obligations and conscience etc, and brings the idea of'Reasonable Egoism' and sparkplugs'Love of Humankind'. The third chapter seeks for the revelations of Feuerbach's Eudaemonism's influence on constructing modern eudaemonism. Feuerbach's Eudaemonism, established on the basis of humanism, has significant revelations for building correct view of life and positive and optimistical life attitude in modern society; Feuerbach affirms that common people have the right of seeking eudaemonia, people are all equal in front of eudaemonia, self-regard shall be united with others-regard, which contains the 'win-win' thought promoted in modern society; Feuerbach emphasizes the religion of love and sparkplugs'Love of Humankind', which has a model meaning for building universal ethic and harmonious world. This thesis aims at seeking for the revelations for building modern eudaemonism on the basis of analyzing and studying the ethic theory of Feuerbach's Eudaemonism.
