As the last feudal dynasty and the last minority regime of China, Qing Dynasty reigning over China more than 260 years, longer than Yuan Dynasty about 100 years, which is also a minority dynasty. What makes the great difference between the two similar dynasties In my opinion it was the integration of ideological and cultural between Man and Han nationality that decided Qing Dynasty's long-term and successful reign. This paper try to analyses the ideological and cultural integration in the early time of Qing Dynasty between Man and Han nationality based on Nalan Xingde's writing-.1. The contradictions Between Man and Han nationality before the Qing court enter through customs and the adjustments of cultural policy by Shunzhi and Kongxi emperor.Before the Qing court enter through customs, eventhough the rules at that time, based on their own need makes some contradictory policies to relieve the conflict between Man and Han, but due to various factors, conflict is still very intense, and reached its peak when the Qing Dynasty entering the pass. The rulers of the Qing court makes a series of high-handed policy against the Han people and Han culture, resulted the conflict became intense. Shunzhi began to adjust cultural policies to ease the conflict. Kang Xi opened the "Learned Scholars Division." to win the Han nationality intellectuals.2. The integration trend of ideological and culturalAt the same time, some Han nationality intellectual changed their attitudes toward Qing Court, while some Man nationality people started to learn Chinese culture. The appearance of these people shows that the ideology and culture of Man and Han beeing the tendency towards integration.3. The ideological and cultural integration showing in the"Sai Wai Ci"is a major feature of which makes it different from other poets. Because of the special identity of first-class guards, Nalan often need to travel with Kangxi emperor, which makes him possible to observe the outside word. Extensive experience gives him a broad vision, everything he seeing and feeling were wrote into , being the unique features of Nalan's poetries different from other poets.Besides of"Sai Wai Ci", poetries for Friends is also the major feature of , accounting for more than ten percent of Nalan's poetries. In these poetries, we could see lots of famous poets of Han nationality such as Gu Zhen Guan, Chen Wei Song, Yan Sheng Sun, Jiang Chen Ying, Zhang Yang and so on. The friendship between them is based on their common enthusiasm on the Han nationality culture.Nalan's poetries for objects is nearly 30 pieces, accounting for more than ten percent of Nalan's total poetries. As the Manchu nobles, the content of Nalan's poetries are much of plum blossom, water-lilies and other symbols of purity and integrity in the Han nationality culture, but less of objects symbolize riches and honor. Poetries for objects always show the poet's inner world. So we can say, Nalan is much link with Han nationality culture that can not discriminate him with Han nationality poets.Going through the Ming Dynasty and Yuan Dynasty, decrepited Song Ci has been declining in the hands of the Manchu nobles—Nalanxingde,whom was called"the firet poets of Qing Ci". It's due to the deep integration of Man and Han culture on Nalan. It's because of the influence of Han nationality culture and the forthright and sincere nature of nomadic nationality that bring up the special feature of , and this integration also has a profound influence on later generations.4.The performance of ideological and cultural integration between Man and Han nationality in the early Qing Dynasty The integration of ideological and cultural ideological and cultural between Man and Han nationality in the early Qing Dynasty is also infiltrate on the field of political, economic, cultural and so on. On politics field, Qing Court used a number of political systems of Ming Dynasty, appointed a large number of officials of Han Nationality, and changed the cultural policy and so on. On economy field, the Qing court canceled the bad governance about land, encouraged the farmers to reclamation. This means the culture integration is link with economic integration closely. On culture field, some of Han nationality litterateurs began to work for Qing court, while lots of Manchu people acquaintance Han culture. All these expressions illustrated the integration of ideological and culture between Man and Han nationality in the early Qing Dynasty. And the integration is also influence the future time.
