The Application Of Management Methods In Vocal Music Study

The continuing development of modern music education in China has given rise to some interdisciplinary and borderline subjects concerning musicology, with vocal music entering into the research field of interdiscipline. The research on musical form, style and theories sees an unprecedented prosperity thanks to the interpenetration between vocal art and other subjects such as literature, philosophy, aesthetics as well as psychology.This paper will focus on the combination of vocal music and management science, applying the ideas and methods of management in the study of vocal music to promote its effectiveness so as to realize the high unity of scientific and artisitc characteristics. Based on the management theory, this paper will explore new methods, approaches and systems regarding the teaching and learning of vocal music to propose and illustrate the optimal method with scientific, systematic and humanistic features, with which teachers could stengthen their awareness and ability of creativity in the practical teaching so as to cultivate more comprehensive talents on vocal music with an interdisciplinary and cross-domain quality.
