First, it can present the charm of Chinese traditional music culture, making the unique characteristics of the shifan music can be handed down well, which let more people know about shifan, and draw attention from them. Second, the study of the "shifan" music will bring the rich material resources and reliable data to the construction if the traditional Chinese music theory.Since the study of traditional music has been highly regarded, a large number of scholars, predecessors of the "shifan" music have done lots of constructive researches, which is valued very much.The results I can received from "shifan" music is based on the previous research. But most research of "shifan" music is from the music itself, or from its origins.Only the research about the original and itself can hardly reveal the movement law, the relationship, the aesthetic value and the deep cultural connotation in the society. As the leader of the Sociology of Music, the professor suijin Zeng, who is the provider of the method of music theory nowadays, has raised the Sociology of Music in China in the 20th century. The study of this advanced theory by the perspective of the sociology of music, is the procedure of the practical research.But, the study of "shifan" music by the perspective of the spreading is the basic of revealing its social movement. As the music carrier of "shifan" music, folk has the deep affection, which cannot be ignored, on the production, development, dissemination of "shifan" music. The research from the perspective of folk activities is the process to understand the music creation and the development. The aesthetic interpretation of "shifan" music, which set shifan music on the area of aesthetics, aims to reveal the Chinese classical aesthetics within the "shifan" music.In the process of reserach,I tried to proceeded the "shifan" music with the comparison between the different species and areas. It analyses the content of "shifan" music which has changed in the development process, besides, it also reveals the true essence of "shifan" music. Based on the study of "shifan" music itself, what's different is this article is trying to explore "shifan" music through multiple points of view, which include folklore, music sociology, music and communication, music aesthetic, aiming to fully reveal the deep cultural connotation of "shifan" music. So that "shifan" music will show with more clear and friendly image to the world, which will promote the development and inheritance of Chinese Folk Instrumental Music and Chinese traditional Music—"shifan".
