In this study, it utilizes the Implicit Association Test-the front research technique of the implicit social cognition. We considered the explicit and implicit perfectionism, furthermore, we discuss the changeability of implicit perfectionism by means of subliminal evaluation conditioning. The entire research consists of three parts. The first study is discussing about the implicit perfectionism and the relationship between male and the female. Using the Implicit Association Test, total 73 undergraduate students were tested. The results showed: Implicit perfectionism is an objective reality; There is no significant difference between male and female students on implicit perfectionism. The second study use the Implicit Association Test and Perfectionism tendency questionnaire for University students to test the relationship between implicit and explicit perfectionism, total 212 undergraduate students were tested. The results show: Implicit perfectionism is relatively independent of explicit perfectionism in the structure and low correlated with it.The third research explore the feasibility of use subliminal evaluative conditioning to change the implicit perfectionism, total 33 undergraduate students. The results show that implicit perfectionism have a certain stability, but also has variability, the IAT can changed by the subliminal evaluative conditioning. In short, undergraduates have implicit implicit perfectionism, but the implicit perfectionism can be changed by subliminal evaluative conditioning.
