As an especially heterogeneous group, Learning Disability (LD) children have attracted research attention of numerous educators and psychologist. With social requirement and the development of the research technology, the focus of research on the LD has changed. Before 1970thm, people mainly investigate the history and causes of the LD, while, after1980th, people began to discuss the LD children's cognitive characters and behavioral performance. In 1990th, people have focused on the LD children's psychological character. At present the LD children's social problems, a new subject, attract more attention around the world.The learning disable children are in a disadvantageous position because of poor academic performance so that there are more psychological and behavioral problems than NLD children. Long-term inadaptability does not only lead to the highlight of their psychological problems and more loneliness, but also influence their whole life. Therefore, pay close attention on loneliness of LD and discussion on its influential factors have practical significance on the psychological healthy of primary-school students so as to improve the students'academic performance, reduce juvenile delinquency and make them to develop following the normal track of healthy. As a starting point, this study conducts a preliminary study on the characteristics of loneliness of LD children and the causal link among loneliness, social support and self-concept,to provide a theoretical base to transform and educate LD children in order to improve their social skills and set up positive self-concept.Questionnaire method is used from this study and then discussed the relationship among the loneliness, social support and self-concept. It selected loneliness questionnaire, self-concept questionnaire and social support rating scale to test the primary school student with LD trend. It was novel because this study has paid more attention to the children with LD with the examination on the school performance and psychological adaption. Furthermore, this study combined the internal and external factors to study the influence of loneliness on LD primary school children from the aspects of internal factors and external factors either affect the loneliness or the social support.The results of the study indicate: 1,There were extremely significant loneliness, self-concept, social support differences between the children with learning disabilities and children without learning disabilities. Generally the primary children with learning disabilities had poorer self-concept, social support, higher loneliness than children without learning disabilities.2,There were extremely significant gender and significant grade differences on the scores of loneliness. Boys show higher loneliness than girls while low grade shows higher loneliness than high grades.3,There are no significant gender differences on objective support or subject support ,but girls scored greatly higher than boys on social support. And there are no grade differences.4,There are no significant gender differences on self-concept. But in the activeness scale and intelligence, happiness differences between boys and girls were found, and there are extremely significant gender differences in the anxiety scale.5,Negative correlation was found between loneliness and self-concept.6,Results of multiple regression analyses indicated that three time-testing could predict loneliness scores negatively. Hierarchy regression showed that intelligence could be the most variance in loneliness and the second factors could be the objective support and the utilization of support.
