The Collaboration Of Jiang Dawei Is Singing Technique

Jiang Dawei is a great Chinese tenor of vocal. He has sang many well known songs. He has his own singing style and his songs affect generations. He is also an active educator who has trained many excellent youngers. This paper researches Jiang Dawei. There are four parts in my paper: the first part introduces Mr. Jiang his connections with music and his journey to become an excellent tenor; In the second part, the author categorizes Mr. Jiang's songs into four major subjects --- folk music, military career, romances and the themes of TV and movies, from which the author demonstrates the formation of his art style; the third part dwells on his singing techniques in terms of breath, resonance, pronunciation and emotion; the fourth part presents Mr. Jiang Dawei's contribution and significance to the development of vocal music course in China.
