The mainland population movements is the major social problems during the Qing Dynasty and the Republic China. A large number of Han immigrations flow to the Inner Mongolia region particularly in the Eastern Mongolia Since the late Qing Dynasty, and caused a series of major social changes. For example: the formation of farming villages and farming culture in the Eastern Mongolia, the formation of mixed pattern of Mongolian and the Han, the concept of land ownership changes and other changes are all related to the Han immigration flows in Qing Dynasty.We can divide the causes of Han immigrants'formation into several parts : First of all , in the early Qing Dynasty, due to ethnic conflicts, many civil society organizations and a large number of Han took part in the anti-Qing struggle. After that, they brutally suppressed by the Qing and then sent to the border "smoke miasma" of the land. In historically, called the "inflow". Secondly, in the seventeenth century, due to the rapid population growth of Yangtze River, Yellow River Basin and high concentration of the land, majority of farmers lost their land. In order to looking for better living standard , they back away from the village wells to flee the Northeast and the eastern part of Inner Mongolia. In historically, this type of immigrants called "displaced". Thirdly, from Guangxu 28th year (AD 1902), the Qing government carry out the "real side of immigration" policy, and hold the large number of immigrants move to Mongolia region to reclaim and settle down. Fourthly, the Han immigrants of Republican period. The majority of Han immigrants in this period are the refugee who to avoid fighting among warlords.In this paper, mainly the Horqin Left Wing Middle Banner of Eastern Mongolia as a key research areas, focus on Han immigrants'in-flag movements and its impact from mid and late Qing Dynasty to the Republic of China.This dissertation consistituted by the preambles, text, conclusion, references, appendices etc, and about more than 35000 words. Preambles account confess the purpose ,significance of topics of papers ,described the previous studies situation, the relevant historical overview of research methods , innovative point and paper structures. The first part of the text describes the creation of Darhan Wang Banner, the formation of seven kings, seven kings'division of the territories and other historic events. The second part discusses the subjective and objective reasons of mainland (mainly in Shandong, Zhili area) Han immigrations flow into the Darhan Wang Banner . In the third part, discusses the sub-time period of the Han immigrants'in-flag movements and its characteristics, while further summed up the Han immigration's flow line and its characteristics. In the fourth Part, discusses the Han immigrants'impact to Darhan Wang Banner .In conclusion part, summarizes a series of social changes and historical issues in Darhan Wang Banner .
