The Reclamation Of The Horqin Left-wing Middle Banner And The Change Of Land Relations The Late Qing Dynasty And Early Republic Years

This paper mainly discusses the change process of land tenancy relations and the land interest relations among Mongolian people from the immigration inflow,reclamation and establishment of the left wing flag of horqin,and expounds the process of the four counties which were established and governed by the left wing flag of horqin,such as lishu(fenghua),huide,liaoyuan,shuangshan,etc.This paper mainly on the basis of predecessors' research,use of liaoning province archives collection of khorchin banner of land reclamation,QingZhang and left the land disputes between the class files,people,and connecting with the data from field investigation and report and government gazette,roughly discusses the evolvement of khorchin banner left,the change of tenancy relationship between people.This paper focuses on the essence of fengtian province's "qing zhang" in the establishment of the left wing flag of horqin in the republic of China,and analyzes and summarizes many problems arising from it.The thesis consists of three parts: preface,text and conclusion.The preface explains the significance of the topic,previous research,basic historical data and innovation.The text consists of three chapters.The first chapter is the establishment and evolution of the left-wing banner state.Firstly,the establishment of the left wing flag of horqin and its territory are described.Secondly,it describes the influx and reclamation of han immigrants from the central banner of the left wing of horqin,and gradually explains the establishment of prefectures and counties by using the records of counties and place names.The second chapter is the formation of the tenanted land relationship between the left wing of horqin.Firstly,it discusses the tenanted relations and regulations formed by zhuo suo map and zhaodameng land,which were the earliest to flood into han immigrants,by using the rules of lifan yuan,and tries to explain the fact that the tenanted relations of horqin mondi,which was later to flood into han immigrants,will follow the old rules.The implementation and changes of the original tenanting regulations in the formation of the tenanting relations of the left wing flag of horqin are expounded with the case.Secondly,according to the comparison between the rules of reclamation in the period of official reclamation and the original tenancy rules,this paper discusses the changes of the land interest relations of the left wing banner in horqin.The third chapter is the qing zhang of fengtian province in the period of the republic of China.It mainly makes use of "fengtian provincial archives" and "liaoning provincial government archives",which are about the qing zhang of the left wing flag of horqin and the land disputes between Mongolia and the people.This paper studies the purport and nature of fengtian province to set up the territory of mengqi,and then,according to the case study,shows that the left central banner of horqin gradually lost any rights in lishu,huide,shuangshan,liaoyuan and other four counties.The conclusion summarizes the reasons for the separation of the four counties set up by the left wing banner of horqin from the Mongolian banner,and summarizes the characteristics of this paper,and puts forward the innovation and shortcomings of this paper.
