Since the beginning of the Chinese Communist Party's founding, the Soviet Union had maintained a posture of aiding Chinese Communists. Chinese revolution's success and the signing of the Sino-Soviet Treaty of Friendship, Alliance and Mutual Assistance laid a foundation that the Soviet Union would render a large-scale assistance to New China. The Korean War, which broke out in June 1950, and China's decision to enter the war made this assistance much more necessary than before. During the Korean War, the Soviet Union started a comprehensive aid to China. It exactly played an important role in winning the War to Resist America and Aid to Korea and New China's economy Reconstruction. For this reason, the Sino-Soviet relations started the "honeymoon" phase. This paper focuses on the establishment of the Communist Party of China, Chinese leaders visiting to the Soviet Union, the specific content of Soviet assistance to China and other historical facts and attempts to study the forming of the Soviet aid's policy, its contents, and its impacts on New China, the Soviet Union and the Sino-Soviet relations. This study has important academic and practical significance.This paper consists four parts:introduction, body, conclusion and others. And the body is divided into three parts:the origin of the Soviet aid to CCP, the Soviet aid to New China during the Korean War, the specific content of and its impact. In the first part, it is discussed that how the Soviet Union helped the Chinese Communists Party from the founding of CCP to the Founding of New China. The Soviet aids to Chinese domestic as well as CVP during the Korean War are focused on in the second part. Finally, the impacts of the Soviet aids on China, the Soviet Union and the Sino-Soviet relations have been concluded in the third part. The conclusion is that the Soviet aids to China guaranteed not only China's winning the War to Resist America and Aid to Korea but also China's successes of domestic reconstruction, it also made the Soviet Union achieve its strategic goal in the Far East. Sino-Soviet relations had become more closely because of the Soviet aids. Then what we have to pay attention to is the lacks which the Soviet aids resulted in. From the long run, these lacks would not help the development of Sino-Soviet relations.
