Analysis About Role Of The Logical Laws

The laws of logic have always been controversial issues among scholars, the characterization of the logical laws have not yet an authoritative statement, this paper is trying to research from the role of logical laws, standing at the height of'logical truth', in accordance with from the Aristotelian logic to the development of modern logic, summed up the change of law what is from the explicit to the implicit. And then to explain the logic of the law of the people on the controversy and to stimulate people's re-interpretation about "logical truth", and further more, we can grasp the nature and tasks on logic as a discipline, grasp the development trend on logic more accurately from the perspective on "logical truth". This paper consists of four parts.The first chapter is to explore the logic of the law as an ordinary law. Laws of logic were followed as a general rule, which has three characters of certainty, objectivity and universality. Laws of logic are the right criteria that people thought.The second chapter is to explore the laws of logic and Aristotelian logic. The laws of logic were originated from Aristotle's metaphysics of exposition. Firstly, Aristotle discussed the laws of logic based on his ontology, meanwhile, the laws of logic appeared in Aristotle's discussion as a way of thinking, used in the deduction of syllogism. Aristotelian laws of logic have been regarded as a common philosophical law, in addition, the logical laws of the syllogism ensured the accuracy of reasoning, seeking a'logical truth' from the academic point of viewThe third chapter is to explore the laws of logic and modern logic. Modern logic is to achieve a'logical truth'by pure formalization and consistent completeness of the deduction rules. However, in the course of this pursuit, the laws of logic had taken place from the explicit to the implicit. The changes were effected by the'logical truth'. Logical truth not only promoted the development of logic, but also improved that modern logic continuously.The fourth chapter is to explore the laws of logic and the true purposes about logic.The laws of logic undergone tremendous change from the explicit to the implicit, and gave birth to the logic from the traditional to the modern changes. We know the changes are due to the logical truth from the perspective of their deep-seated reasons. Logic truth run through the entire development as logical discipline, particularly its un-interrupted development enhanced the emergence of modern logic, but also raised re-concern of modern logic.
