On The Characteristics And Its Causes Of Mojing Logic

Chinese ancient Mingbian, Indian Yinming and Greece traditional logics formed the world's three major traditional logics in the process of logical thoughts'evolution. Mojing logic is the later Monism's Mingbian thoughts. It is the most systemic logical theory in Chinese ancient civilization. It shows Chinese ancient theory height of logical thoughts research. During the past, we pay attention to logical universality but ignore individuality, or on the contrary. Therefore, this essay bases on Mojing and describes Mojing logics from a new viewpoint that is human logical thoughts'intercommunity and nationality is unified. Through studying concepts, proposition, inference and orderliness in Mojing, this essay describes logical commonness in Mojing; through studying Chinese ancient traditional way of thinking, and language, this essay thinks about the rethink way of Mojing logics, and sum up its character. I think there is different logical character between Mojing logics and ancient Greece traditional logics and ancient Indian Yinming. Mojing logics'basic category is"reason,law, class". It adopts Shexiangyuli as syllogism and Jingyansibian as sermon way.The formation of Mojing logical features has complex reasons. The root cause is that Mo-tse uses their own thoughts to rethink form of thinking around them. So it is easily to be effected by Chinese traditional thinking way, intuition thinking way and intentionality thinking way. At the same time, argument environment, academic tradition and ancient Chinese language also has important effect to Mojing logics. And this is the main reason of Mojing logical character formation. Deeply study the characteristics of Mojing logic and its causes, the purpose is not to evaluate the logic's value, but to the fact, and master the naturalness of Mojing.
