Substantial war damage has made people in times of living and development crisis. After World Warâ…¡, in order to help the people tide over their difficulties, United States, Britain and other countries established the United Nations Relief and Rehabilitation Administration. (UNRRA).During the World Warâ…¡, China's large territory was fallen and the whole country suffered serious war damage. Taiwan was also greatly influenced by the war.
