The Romantic Features And Concert Style Of The Opera "Norma"

Bellini is an important opera composer in the history of Italian opera. In his short artistic life. Bellini has left a rich musical heritage. Bellini not only succeed the Italian tradition, but also created a individual art of feature-rich romantic character. Which defend the Italian tradition, and more importantly, opened up a new area for the opera. The opera "Norma" created the Italian romantic opera, becoming a firm foundation for Italian opera's development, and did a huge contribution for Bel canto's inheritance and development.This paper will deal with the opera "Norma", which is Bellini's most famous opera, learn its background of creation, and go deep into its romantic artistic characteristics, find out the opera Norma's artistic value.
