Happiness is the eternal pursuit of mankind. Along China's economic development and people's living standards, the demands for living become higher, same as at the psychological level which pursuit to be more well-being. Thus, subjective well-being has been the subject to people's attention. Previous studies have shown that individual's mental health and subjective well-being and social support are close together. The domestic research in this area has focused mainly on the elderly and youth groups.There is a large difference between Vocational College assistants and specific teachers because of their special working scope. The domestic research about subjective well-being and social support has been more focused on specific teachers in vocational college than assistants. As working hard to be the heavy burden of vocational College assistants, some of them resulted in a larger number of adverse psychological states and behavior due to the pressure. Therefore, it is necessary to concern with vocational assistants'subjective well-being and social support. In this paper, based on the research of others, is to study 120 assistants in relevant higher vocational colleges in Changsha as a research object, adopting questionnaires like "subjective well-being of urban residents in China Scale" (SWBS) Scale (SWBS-CC20) and the "Social Support Scale" (ISSB) for investigation, and combining by individual cases, leads to the following conclusions: 1,The total level of vocational college assistants are relatively high in Subjective well-being and Social support.2,The social support and subjective well-being of vocational college assistants are not different in sex, age, educational background, professional post, income and marriage.3,The social support of vocational college assistants influences their subjective well-being evidently.
