The Study On Fairness To Sustainable Development Of Wusutu Forest Park

Wu Sutu Forest Park does great significance in the stability preserving of desert grassland, soil and water conservation, and in the protection of Ordos Plain as well as North China Plain. As an important part of the Daqing Mountain Nature Reserve, this Park also has a very important ecological status in the whole ecosystems. However, the contradictions have been found during the management process of the park which results three inequalities in the protection, utilization and the protection of the resources and in the development of both economy and society. Those phenomena severely affect the resources sustainable development and environment protection of the park at present.A comprehensively introduction of the construction and management status of the Wusutu forest park was made in this article. And the sustainable development situation of the park was estimated also. And in addition, an objective and profoundly analysis to the unfair issue which happened in the sustainable development process of the park was made with the methods of the document analysis, site surveys and interdisciplinary research which based on the principle of sustainable development fairness theory. Based on the problems and profound reasons, fairness sustainable development approach was proposed here. The research result of the article could be the theoretical guidance for the sustainable development and management of forest park in the future.The construction and management theory of Wusutu forest park was analyzed associated with the fairness principle of sustainable development in this article for the first time. Through the deeply research of this case, a reliable theoretical system was found based on the research results which could be generalized to the parks that was similar to Wusutu forest park and provide a useful guide to its sustainable development.
