| Changping District is located in the northwest of Beijing.It is in the Upstream of Wenyu River. And It closes to the Jundu Mountain which is the intersection of the Taihang Mountains and Yanshan mountain. It not only has the unique natural conditions, geographical location, convenient transportation but also riches in natural and cultural heritage resources. In the Development Planning in Beijing, Changping is in the list in the urban development zone. Its main function is to develop high-tech industries, modern agriculture, modern manufacturing and the main carrier of the city center of Beijing. It is an important region to evacuate industry and population. It is the focus of urban development in Beijing in the future. At the same time, the city is also an important agro-food production base. Faced with this challenge, there are still many problems in the sustainable development of heritage in Changping District. How to solve these problems is the content of this thesis research.Based on the investigation of the natural and cultural heritage resources, the paper analysis the types and profiles of the natural heritage, the cultural heritage and the intangible cultural heritage in the Changping District. And it done a SWOT analysis which shows the strengths, weaknesses and opportunities, challenge in the regional heritage resources of Changping. Subsequently, It studies the current situations and problems in the development of heritage resources in Changping District by the using of sustainable development theory. In order to settle these issues, it puts forward the strategies of sustainable development for the heritage resources.To make this research more focused, the paper takes the representative natural and representative cultural heritage resources - Mangshan National Forest Park, the Ming Tombs, Juyongguan GreatWall for example. It specifically analyzes the current situations, problems in development of the Mangshan National Forest Park, the Ming Tombs and Juyongguan GreatWall. Aim to solve these problems, it puts forward specific model of sustainable development. It is hoped that it could provide some reference in sustainable development of general natural and cultural heritage resources in Changping District. |
