Nietzsche has an important position in the history of western philosophy, though he is a quite disputed figure. From different standpoints, people who study and comment on Nietzsche in different opinions and methods will reach different views and conclusions. In this article, the study of his philosophy adheres to the thread of critique on western culture of technology. Nietzsche criticizes western culture of technology in the way of genealogy. He attributes the crisis of western culture of technology to the harm of Platonism. And the essence of Platonism is:promising an eternal "real world" and playing down the life world; in ethics and morality, it shows as sympathizing, pity, forgiving and so on. Nietzsche considered that this kind of Platonism could make people so depressed that people will fall into "nihilism". Therefore, Nietzsche advocates that we should criticize this Platonism, and abandon this kind of ethics and morality which were formed under this kind of theoretical framework; also look on from a new angle to the problem of truth, rationality, people's life and so on. On the domain of philosophy, Nietzsche puts forward the thought of "superperson", "will to power", and "eternal recurrence" to deconstruct Platonism, thereby to achieve the goal of publicizing the new culture. For this reason, this article considered that Nietzsche's doubt and critique on Platonism and its variations and the angle of view have a very important value. Even to this day, when we talk about philosophy, it is still a topic that cannot avoid. Nietzsche's critique on Plato can be accepted also by Logic Positivism and Scientific Positivism. The philosophy of Nietzsche influenced deeply on the development of later ages'philosophy. In brief, the philosophy of Nietzsche is worth us to make a thorough study.
