Along with the foreign Chinese character teaching practice's development, the foreign Chinese character teaching research's domain is getting more and more broad, is also getting more and more thorough。To the Chinese character teaching's research, may from the Chinese character main body, the external factor (including teacher and learning environment and so on), learner individual these three aspects carries on. This article studies the influence of the learner individual factor's on the learners' Chinese character literacy development. The article tracks and investigates the bias error that the process of the "the non-Chinese character circle" the beginners made in the process of the development of their literacy, analyzing the same bias errors that the five learners made in the process of the development of their literacy, and promulgates how their different disposition, the study attitude, the study method affect on their literacy development. According to these investigation and study result, puts forward some proposals to the Chinese character teaching, Hoping that other learners can learn certain experience from these five learners, knowing more about the process of the Chinese character study and getting their literacy progress quicker。The first chapter introduced selected topic origin of this article, the research present situation, the object of study, the research technique, the research content and the language materials originate, pointed out the study goal and significance of the article.The second chapter has analyzed the same bias errors that the five learners made in the process of the development of their literacy. The bias error they made can be divided into four types:Stroke mistake which including 11 minor sorts, and altogether 523 examples. The highest sort is the "Stroke flaw", which is approximately 46 per cent of the stroke mistake, the lowest sort is "Nonstandard stroke shape", which is approximately 2 per cent of the stroke mistake,; Components mistake, which including 11 minor sorts, and altogether 426 examples. The highest sort is the "components confusion", which is approximately 79 per cent of the components mistake, the lowest sort is "component" s mutual influence in a character ", which is approximately 0.6 per cent of the components mistake,; The mix mistake,that means there are the stroke mistake and component mistake in a character. It collects 15 examples; other type, including 36 wrong characters that can't be classified or found out the causes to the mistake yet. The bias error of Chinese character reading:The pronunciation problem causes to confuse some Chinese characters; the confusion of the two characters of a word, the phonetic component analogizes excessively, the multi-sound character confusion and other kinds (many for non-regular accidental fault). These mistakes appear separately in the different period of Chinese character study. This chapter has assorted and analysis to them, pointed out cause reason which these mistakes appear, and proposed some teaching suggested according to the above research.The third chapter studies the five learner's case, analyzes their different individual factor to the literacy development influence, attempting to explain the importance of learner's individual factor and the right study strategy to the Chinese character learning. The research discovered that learner's personality factor is not the determinant factor to whether it can learn the Chinese character learning. The study motivation, the study attitude and the study strategy are very important to the development of the learner's literacy。Not only the teachers should attach importance to these factors in the teaching, but also the learners should pay attention to the influence of these factors to literacy development, and learn to make good use of these factors to help enhancing their literacy.The fourth chapter elaborated the enlightenment gotten from the entire tracking investigation research, and putted forward some proposals according to three aspects:the learner own, teacher's teaching and study strategy's.Such as,the learner should have a forceful and definite learning target, keeps a correct study attitude, carries on the self-monitoring and the adjustment to own learning process, masters the elementary knowledge, reviews the knowledge that has learned before in time and practice more; The teacher should choose the appropriate teaching method according to different key and difficult points and students,helping and guiding the student to find the correct study method, lighten student's study burden; In the Chinese character study, use the study strategy appropriately is very important, we do not advocate to use the mother tongue strategy, and also the inflexible and mechanical character copy practice. The correct method is:adjust the study strategies according to the different study content and the learning stages in time, and uses all the appropriate study strategies integrated according to learner own situation. Hoping that these suggestions can do a certain help to "the non-Chinese character circle" beginners' Chinese character learning.The last part elaborated the author's experience to the entire research work, summarized this article major point, and proposed some insufficiencies in this research, forecasting to the future teaching research. Hoping that teachers and learners can pay more attention to Chinese learner's individual factor which affects a lot to the literacy development and find out the research method which is more scientific, more feasibility and more comprehensive, providing more authentic material for the study of foreign Chinese character teaching.
