Research On Failures And Consequences Of Construction Of Culture Softpowder Of Suviot Union During The Period Of Gorbachev

The fierce competition is the trial of comprehensive national strength among countries in the world. In addition to economic, military, science and technology competition, culture and softpowder has become an important aspect of competition. Therefore, the national cultural soft power is getting more attention all over. This paper is based on the understanding of cultural softpower as the starting point, Combining with Mikhail Gorbachev, the Soviet Union during the state of national cultural softpower, in-depth analysis and discussion, to summarize the lessons of the Soviet Union, for the current China's cultural soft power building experiences and lessons learned.Full-text is divided into four parts. The first part introduces the topics of this significance, and related research topics of current situation, and innovation of this paper and research methods. During the process of economic globalization, features of the national cultural softpower and strategic position are expounded in the second part. After explaining the meaning of cultural softpower, it analyzes essential character and the strategic position of the softpower of culture. It analyzes the performance of the failure of cultural construction of soft power and reasons for failure of the period of Soviet Union Mikhail Gorbachev. In The fourth part, the period of Mikhail Gorbachev, the serious consequences of building failure, and then summed up the building of the Soviet Union to enhance cultural soft power failure for the new century, the socialist culture with Chinese characteristics, the construction of useful insights soft power to reinforce cultural soft power, building material base, develop culture industry, and constantly improve the competitiveness of the national culture, to improve the country's cultural impact, to safeguard national cultural safety, with a view to the fierce competition between countries invincible.
