Attention focused on trust stems from the absence of social trust. The former studies of trust showed that trust was an important variable to affect variables related to organizational outcomes. But, there is different opinion on the relationship between trust and employees' performance. Based on Social Exchange Theory, the research will explore the influential mechanism of trust inside organization on employees' job performance. The job performance of employee includes task performance and contextual performance represented by Voice Behavior in this study. In addition, we also test the effect of trustee trustworthiness traits on interpersonal trust inside organization.The research used the methods of questionnaires surveying to investigate part of employees in companies Shandong and Jiangsu provinces and made use of Spss16.0 and Amos7.0 software to analysis the data. With factor analysis,we test the structural validity of the questionnaires; With Alpha coefficient,we test the reliability of the questionnaires; With correlation analysis, regression analysis, path analysis,we tested the relationship among variables. At last, we constructed a relational model of trustee trustworthiness traits, trust inside organization, task performance and voice behavior. We found the conclusions as follows:1, The perceived ability and benevolence of coworker will significantly affect trust in coworker. Among them, ability has greater influence on trust in coworker.2, The perceived ability, benevolence and integrity of supervisor will significantly affect trust in supervisor. Among them, integrity has the greatest influence on trust in supervisor, second is benevolence and ability.3, Dimensions of trust inside organization are not parallel, the trust in coworker will affect trust in supervisor, the trust in supervisor will affect trust in organization, the trust in coworker can affect trust in organization through trust in supervisor. 4, Trust in coworker will significantly affect the employees' task performance; Trust in supervisor and organization will not significantly affect the employees' task performance.5, Trust in coworker will directly affect the employee's voice behavior; The relationship between trust in supervisor and voice behavior is partly mediated by trust in organization. The perceived benevolence of coworkers will directly affect voice behavior; The perceived integrity of supervisor will significantly affect trust in coworker.
