Recently, the "power" and "trust" has become the hot topic in the field of social exchange study. Therefore, this research puts forward the new concept,social exchange trust. And we try to find the relation of employee-organization relationship and psychological contract and social exchange trust based on the social exchange.This study adopted the exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis,variance analysis and correlation analysis, regression analysis, as well as the method of the bootstrap to analyze the data. The results of the study are as follows:(1) To explore the concept and structure of social exchange trust, and to design the questionnaire. According to the results of confirmatory factor analysis, we divide the social exchange trust into two-dimension model, cognition-based exchange trust and affect-based exchange trust.They can explain 65.404% of the total variance.Social exchange trust questionnaires with a total of 14 questions, questionnaire of internal consistency reliability is 0.941, and the dimension of internal consistency reliability reached more than 0.8.(2) The characteristics of social exchange trust. Analying the social exchange trust in the differences of demographic variables, we find the social exchange trust is significant difference on the gender variable and industry variable.(3) Perceived organizational support and leaer-member exchange has significant positive correlation with social exchange trust and the two dimension of social exchange trust,and has significant negative correlation with psychological contract breach.(4) Psychological contract breach has significant negative correlation with social exchange trust and the two dimension of social exchange trust.(5) Psychological contract breach can be as a mediator between Perceived organizational support and social exchange trust. Psychological contract breach can be as a mediator between leaer-member exchange and social exchange trust.
