Qu Yuan was one of the greatest,well-known talent poets in the Chinese classical literature. Chu Ci had a greater influence to the development of the literature of Han Dynasty and culture of China. The Xi-Han Dynasty is the first peak in Qu Yuan's acceptance history. During the Xi-Han Dynasty, there were two important channels of the Chu ci's prevalence. This thesis discusses its acceptance history in two parts.The first part mainly talks about the Chu ci's modes of transmission in Xi-Han Dynasty. The coercion culture policy of Qing Dynasty doesn't influence the prevalence of Chu ci among the people and the Han people preserve and continue this tradition. With the consolidation of Han political power, there is a more relaxed phenomenon for the development of Chu ci and the imitations to it has been through the whole dynasty. It is believed that the two main ways of the Chu ci's prevalence are the following: chant among the people; imitation written by literati.The second part classifies the readership of Chu ci in Xi-Han Dynasty. Emphatically investigate the difference to learn and accept Chu ci between three kinds of readership: emperor, prince and literati.The founder of Han dynasty admires the Chu culture that Qu Yuan represents, which provides a plenty space for the blossom of Chu ci. The founder of Han dynasty loves the music of Chu and makes Chu music by himself. This hobby is followed by his successors. This kind of admiration directly influences the development of Chu ci at the moment. Li Sao is initially called scripture, which improves and settles the lofty position of Qu Yuan.The subjecting literature groups of the princes are the important places for the acceptance of Chu ci. From the group of Prince Wu during the early years of Han Dynasty to group of Liang Yuan and group of Prince Huainan where there are a great of writers gathered whose literature creation and normal life both presents the acceptance of Chu ci.Literati are the vital reader of the Chu ci. The plenty imitations of Li Sao appeared in Xi-Han Dynasty are one of the important presentation of literati learning and accepting Chu ci. Those works are originating from the admiration of Qu Yuan's noble personality as well as the expression of suffering sympathy with each other. Behind the speaking"voice instead of Qu Yuan"in imitations are whispers to allude the reality by the writer.
