While his seventh work,HANA-BI Win him Golden Lion Award in the 1997 Venice Film Festival,Takeshi Kitano found his personal fame reaching a peak,winning a wide-range consideration in the world,and was yhus listed in the godfather level of Japanese new movie.Starting from an overview of the upbringing of Takeshi,this the sisaims to introduce the producing procedure of all his 9 works,set up a"writer-work-writer" three-dimensional research space,and summarize a persistent production theme of his movie works thaough their worldly surface.Also we would like to make a detailed analysis on his unique film language from various aspects including naration,color,scence arrangement,editing,time and space,music and audio effects,and performing,etc.By looking back over Japanese film history,we can find where Takeshi has inherited and broken through the tradition.With a view to finding something neglected or misunderstood by the people in his movie,we hope to get near with Takeshi,and through the study over his works,understand a real him as a film director.In this process,we will endeavor to look for communications and correspondence between the researcher,i.e. the main body(ego),and the subject of the researcher(Takeshi as a director).We believe we can find something to borrow form while studying over his particularity,unparalleledness and irreplacability.
