As a reference on the basis of the experience of Bilingual education in foreign countries, we carry out this Bilingual education at some developed cities in the early 1990s. In the new situation of opening wider, it has become a stage of fact that Bilingual education has developed in some economic area. However, how to implement Bilingual education is a challenging new topic. Qualified teachers are the important condition of that Bilingual education can reserve triumphantly.At the basis of a lot of experiences, our country bring forwards many forms that bring up the Bilingual teachers. There are"2+2"undergraduate pattern,"2+1"academy pattern, the pattern of the Nanjing Normal University ,"311"bilingual cultivate pattern. This investigation is at the basis of the Changchun Normal College——"2+2"bilingual cultivate pattern,adopts the method of the qualitative research, from the view of the person who is trained to look at this phase of the bilingual cultivate pattern, summarized the advantages and the deficiencies of the training process,and also help perfecting the Bilingual teachers training on the research. At the same time , provide valuable experience and reference for other normal colleges to cultivate the Bilingual teachers.In the Chemistry of Bilingual Micro teaching, the proper incentive effect of the training teachers and the course of evaluation mobilize the students' learning initiative and enthusiasm adequately. It is worth learning experience. But we should also notice that there is less attention to the evaluation of difficulty grasping ,and is need to injected experience training teachers to the training system.
