This investigation is at the basis of the Changchun Normal College——"2+2"bilingual cultivate pattern,adopts the method of the qualitative research, from the view of the person who is trained to look at this phase of the bilingual cultivate pattern, summarized the advantages and the deficiencies of the training process,and also help perfecting the Bilingual teachers training on the research. At the same time , provide valuable experience and reference for other normal colleges to cultivate the Bilingual teachers.In the Chemistry of Bilingual Micro teaching, the proper incentive effect of the training teachers and the course of evaluation mobilize the students' learning initiative and enthusiasm adequately. It is worth learning experience. But we should also notice that there is less attention to the evaluation of difficulty grasping ,and is need to injected experience training teachers to the training system.
