Analyses On Shanghai Rural Land Transfer Since 1980s

Land is the basic material to the survival of human beings, is an essential element of agricultural production, and is the lifeblood of farmers. The fundamental solution of "Three peasants" problems lies in farmers, but the core of farmers'problem is how to handle the relationship between farmers and land. After reform and opening up, China has undergone enormous economic and social changes, farmers'attitude on land changed, accompanying by a change phenomenon of land transfer. Land transfer issue increasingly became the hot spot and focus to domestic and international public concern.This paper, based on previous studies, through the study of land transfer in Tongxin Village since the 1980s, to find the changes of famers concept under the social changes of Shanghai village, and the relationship between farmers and land.There are four chapters, plus introduction and conclusion.Introduction as follows:In the introduction, it described the purpose, intention and the current research of this paper, and it made a brief description of the selected objects and information.Chapterâ… , An overview of Shanghai Rural three decades changes.Chaptersâ…¡,â…¢,â…£:it described the situation of land transfer of Tongxin village in different stages. Each chapter started from the typical cases which are associated with land transfer. In the description of land transfer, it analyzed the phase main problems and main causes of these problems brought about by handling the relationship between farmers and land issues, and the instructions of treatment to towns and villages.Chapterâ…¤:Some thinking on the issues that after land transfers, the main form of land use-moderate scale management, and contract of land management by outlanders who filled the shortfall of local farmers unwilling to farm and no operating on land.Conclusion, Overview over the last 30 years, the country introduced the policy on land transfer, briefly summarized the causes and problems of land transfer in Tongxin village, and a little more far-reaching study of relevant theoretical and practical problems.
