Study On Current Development Situation And Countermeasure Of Creative Industry In Hebei District In Tianjin

With the globalization and intense competition of world economy, creative industry developed quickly and vigorously recently, which is an important symbol of the country or district's social economy. Thus it's inevitable that creative industry is coming in, which represents the new industry development direction. Combined the economy, culture, technology and art together, also as the joint of secondary industry and tertiary industry, it plays a very important role to promote the upgrade of industry structure and economic growth. Creative industry has been becoming the new factor stimulating the social and economic development, accordingly new economic growth source is gradually changing from "information economy" to "creative economy" which is the new industry development tendency.The study is focusing on the creative industry development in Hebei District, Tianjin City, analysis is done with five parts. Part I introduces the study background and purpose, present study both at home and abroad, research thoughts and framework. Part II talks about the defination, characteristics and classification of creative industry. Part III lists the present situation and characteristics of creative industry abroad, development and problems of creative industry at home, enlight to Hebei District as well as development of creative industries at home and abroad. Part IV describes the development of creative industry in Hebei district, of which the analysis method as "SWOT" is used to present the inner environment (Strength and Weakness) and outside environment (Opportunity and Threat) of creative industry. SWOT strategical choice diagram and SWOT strategical matrix is set up to verify that "Weakness and Opportunity" (WO) should be the creative industry development strategy of Hebei district. Part V illustrates the perspective concept of creative industry of Hebei district and the related countermeasures.In a certain sense, creative industry provides an ideal model of industrial development on change of regional function, promoting the upgrade of industry structure, revise of economic growth mode and conversion of regional economy of Hebie district. It has been great influences to bigger and stronger regional economy.
