Research On Development Mode Of Cultural Industry Park In Tangshan Fengnan District

Cultural and Creative Industry, an important carrier to boom and develop socialism culture in market economy, is not only the main approach to meet people's cultural requirements but also the origin of force to improve the adjustment and progress of economy. Nowadays, Cultural and Creative Industry, in its practicing, is facing the problem not in idea change but in choosing an effective way to achieve rapid progress both in forging the industrial chain and in establishing a new industrial development community. Therefore, setting up industrial base is not only key infrastructure work but also major feature and trend of the development of cultural and creative industry.Based on the review of the related theories of cultural and creative industry and the aggregation of cultural and creative industry, the thesis analyses the development experience of famous cultural and creative industry zones both in home and abroad including SOHO in America, LuoShan public art district in South Korea, 798 and Song Zhuang in Beijing, and concluded several necessary elements for success such as economic factors, human resources, depending conditions and function zones. The thesis develops an SWOT analysis on the Cultural Industry Park of Fengnan district and defines the spatial design of the Cultural Industry Park into six function zones: the art and design area, the display and communicating area, the trading area, the training area, the creativity area, and the service area including six operation functions of art creation, communication and display, products trading, training, inhabitance and public service; finally, the thesis provides suggestions on the development mode from three aspects including project operation, platform construction and industry supporting policies. The third part is the conclusion and prospect.The Cultural Industry Park of Fengnan district, under the integrated planning and guidance of government, with the local cultural resources as carrier and the favorable industrial policies to attracting various creative elements, will establish the cultural atmosphere, forge the cultural characteristics and shape the cultural brands through the attraction of investment and arts, cultural agencies, operators and medium organizations. It will become the gathering port, incubator and propeller for cultural and creative industry.
