The author pointed out their ethics morals questions after made the simple introduction of these medical technology's meaning and the development, based on this discusses pointed out the social reason, proposed that several suggestions to realize the two coordinated development.This paper will be divided into the following several parts to open. The first part simply introduces the research background, the main research contents and main achievements of this topic, and the significance of this research. The second part after analyzing the relations of the modern medical technology and the social ethics morals, points out the important influence on the social ethics of modern medical technology, as well as the important function on the modern medical technology development of the social ethics morals. The third part introduces respectively the meaning and the development of these medical technologies, and points out their main moral questions. The effects of science and technology, social economy and traditional culture on the problem social ethics and morals induced by modern medical technology were analyzed in the forth part.
