The spatial expression of Chinese painting is the refusal of data accuracy; the abandonment of visual experience and the pursuit of inner experience from one's heart; and also a free and broad space that needs to be felt with spiritual experience. The space perception of Chinese painting is to"view smallness and know the greatness", which is not a simple way of expression, but a three-dimensional omni-directional perceptional approach. It can go beyond the single focus of the shackles, dealing the painting arrangement with a special way. The painting not only shows the "seen", but also shows the "knowledge" and the ideas of " thinking". Chinese painting views the world with inner eyes (soul), which is the reflection of its pursuit for infinite space, thus create a philosophical meaning and musical rhythm. It is the truth of art that focuses theme on the psychological sense and experience."Leaving white space"as an important method to express beauty is a vital way to display the sense of space on the paper. The sense of space is therefore made up with the real images and the"emptiness". Finite images limit the expression of infinity and only by"emptiness"can infinity be reached. Multi-viewpoint perspective of space at the same time provides Chinese painting with greater freedom of expression, which is a kind of flexibility created by Chinese painters based on the main principles of painting. The result can be so much as the variety in content; unlimited perspective in imagination and aesthetic significant brought to the admirer.
