chinese teaching for foreigners has been opened in the new China Since 1950,It has been for decades. With the deepening of various studies,which is as an independent discipline theory is becoming more and more perfect.having a look around the spoken chinese of the students having been trained nowadays, however,there still has an anxious phenomenon which make us deeply regret that is, the "foreign accent" problem ."Foreign accent" which reflected the actual problem is that the lack of study and training in chinese rhythm for the students. an important method of mastering the rhythm is to read,however, there is little"read"for the foreign student in their chinese teaching lessons.Therefore, this paper is based on previous research and meanwhile have combinated linguistics, reading, education, psychology, foreign language curriculum with teaching theory and so on, aiming to begin with the setting a chinese reading curriculum among the foreign students to sovle the above problem.Moreover, this article have aslo expounded the following issues:the nature of the foreign language reading class,the foundation theory on Foreign language reading course; the teaching content of the reading class about teaching chinese as a second language, the course outline and teaching schedule set of the reading class about teaching chinese as a second language, the implementation of the reading class about teaching chinese as a second language...
