AndréMalraux was influenced by Pascal's pessimism. Starting from the fate of death to life, he thought the modernist living condition, and figured out that the death threatening human life all the time. Then it initiates with the loneliness and fears to the depths heart, and get people into painful dilemmas. So he came to the conclusion of"absurd"to human life and survival. Meanwhile, as a full sense of the writer and positive action political activist, the double statuses enable Malraux to mix his troubled experiences and writing together by self-conscious or non self-conscious. Malraux depicted the"life struggle"pictures with strongly era features by dramatic literary images. Future more, he made a profundity and visual literary annotation to the"absurd"philosophy with his thinking to life and exists: no one could escape the death; however, we should face the powerful death and the pathetic living dilemma, and take action actively. Or we take the outstanding adventure, heroic revolution; extract the power of life creativity from art to confront the death, therefore to surpass the absurd of life. This is the real connotation and value of"absurd"philosophy in Meraux's works.Text is divided into three chapters. Chapter one, Deep in the Absurdity– the Human Condition. The era of the Malraux life and his related life experience as the basis, combined with the La Voie royale and the la Condition humaine in the character's experience, from the death of distress, spirit of solitude, fear and pain, and so on, explains Malraux "absurd" philosophy of the first level: life and survival of absurdity. Chapter two, Beyond the Absurd—Human Actions and Artistic Creation. This chapter is mainly discuss the adventure of La Voie royale, the revolutionist of les Conquérants and la Condition humaine, and set up the deep connections between Malraux and the characters, which revealed the Malraux"absurd"philosophy of second level: with extraordinary adventure, heroic revolutionary Act, as well as from the outstanding artistic creation in the life of nourishment, to fight to the death of beyond the finite life. Chapter three, Malraux"absurd"philosophy of breakthrough and beyond. Although the"absurdity"of life and existence to Malraux has unbreakable relationship with the"absurd"of Western tradition in literature, but from the death and survival dilemma to the individual's"absurd sense", and direct extension to common to all humanity survival squarely, and rose to the height of the liberation of all human beings, and, in particular, stressed the actions and protest. Therefore, these allow the Malraux"absurd"philosophy broke the traditional Western literature of the fantastic and surpassed the"absurdity"of 20th-century modernist literature.
