Adverb teaching is a very important part of Teaching Chinese as a Foreign Language. Raising the efficiency of using the adverbs of degree and improving the skill of using modern Chinese adverbs is of great significance for the foreign students, which is a topic that we should pay attention on, especially for teaching South Korean students. In view of this, based on the previous research by the predecessors about the ontology of Chinese and Korean adverbs of degree, this paper compares Chinese and Korean adverbs, studies the differences and similarities between them. By analyzing Korean students'degree adverb errors which are extracted for"HSK dynamic composition Corpus", we can find out the causes of those errors and put forward the advices to teaching South Korean students learning Chinese. We can also improve the level of teaching degree adverbs and help Korean students to improve the ability of using adverbs of degree.This paper is contains four parts except for the introduction and conclusion:Part One: Overview of the status of researching and teaching about the ontology of Chinese and Korean adverbs of degree. This part sorts and summarizes the previous research work by predecessors, which contains the definition, classification, grammatical and semantic features, and education about the Chinese and Korean adverbs of degree.Part Two: Comparison between Chinese and Korean adverbs of degree. This part studies translation status, meaning, grammar and other points of the Chinese and Korean adverbs of degree, summarizes differences and similarities between them.Part Three: Analyzes South Korean students'errors in using adverbs of degree in corpus. By collecting errors of using adverbs from the"HSK dynamic composition corpus"and using statistical method, this part displays the types of common errors, analyzes them and gives some examples of each type.Part Four: Analyzes the causes of those errors, finds out the law of the errors, discusses the method of teaching Chinese adverbs of degree for the Korean students, and gives some suggestions to teaching Chinese as a foreign language.
