Nie Bao, also called Shuang Jiang, was the famous scholar of Ming Dynasty, the Representative of the Quietness School of the Yang-Ming school in Jiangyou. Nie Bao had a Suffering life, especially a difficult life in Jingyi prison on his old age. In prison, Nie Realizad the main point of the Quietness School when he stayed alone in a long time and knew about the main idea of the theory of mind and nature about Originally Quiet. There was no doubt that Nie's thoughts inherited from yang-ming, but his theory has many different points from yang-ming's intuitive knowledge,so most of followers of yang-ming fight against him. Nie replied these opponent one by one and established a complete ethics and morality about the theory of mind and nature and effort.The dissertation attempts to describe Nie's ethics and morality, and try to comparative the different points between Nie, yang-ming and his followers. The article has five part:the first part introduce about Nie'life, experience and main thoughts; the second part intoduce about his theory of mind and nature, the originally quiet of insert, analysis the different of intuitive knowledge; the third part study Nie'effort theory, introduce the process of the original substance; the forth part introduce the ideal realm about Nie'thoughts, study the highest moral standards of Training efforts; the last part summary discus the theory of Nie and make a note about his theory and affection.
