| Every member in a harmony society has a healthy and harmonious psychology, which is the base of the well-going society. The subjective sense of happiness is a main index of the life quality generally. With the development of the society, the college students are having better material life than before. However, the unhealthy senses of worth, harmful social atmosphere as well as working load makes them feel more pressure. These factors lead to the puzzles and mental conflict. There is less happiness around the students, some even have psychological problems. The universities and the society should pay much attention on this in order to raise the index of sense of happiness, which is helpful in their future life programs and the realization of the life worth.This article exclaims the subjective sense of happiness in detail at first. From the current situation of the research of the subjective sense of happiness, this article analyzes the factors and gives some advice to raise the subjective sense of happiness of the college students. This article is composed of four parts:The first part: the introduction claims the background information of the thesis, the theoretical and realistic significance, analyzes the current situation of the research of the subjective sense of happiness, as well as the research approach of this article.The second part: the exclamation of the development and the influence of the subjective sense of happiness in detail. First is the definition of the subjective sense of happiness and its formation as well as development. Next is the exclamation of the historical origin of the subjective sense of happiness from the Greek philosopher Aristippus to the French Desade until Kahneman which shows the development of the subjective sense of happiness in the philosophy field. Last part is the exclamation of the mental constitution of the subjective sense of happiness.The third Part: In-depth analysis of the status of subjective well-being and impact factors has been conducted. Firstly the author introduces the relevant research results, based on which the author sets forth his own idea about the subjective well-being and influencing factors. This article points out that the subjective well-being is affected by personality, values, social environment, social relations, family, health, and employment and other factors. These factors, having respectively different influences to different individuals, can be seen as the major influencing factors to the subjective well-being of the present college students, which help us lay the foundation of enhancing the subjective well-being of the students on purpose.The fourth Part: Concrete suggestions to enhance the subjective well-being are proposed. The first one is to establish a rational, scientific world and life outlook, that is, to establish a Marxist concept of happiness with the realization of their own internal value and personal pursuit of the noble dream; The second is to help college students capitalize their own strengths to explore their own potential in order to be themselves and to achieve success from the perspective of self-perfection; The third is to help college students carry out pro-social behavior so that they can better develop and establish good interpersonal relationships, including relationships with the roommates, classmates and teachers; The fourth is that the schools as a major administration should carry out a variety of cultural activities on campus, psychological counseling, career counseling and other related work in order to enhance the subjective well-being of the present college students; The fifth is that the community has the responsibility to provide various forms of assistance for the growth and success of college students, so that they feel the happiness of being involved in society. |
