Research On Present Situation, Influencing Factors And Improving Approaches Of Vocational College Students' Subjective Well-Being

Based on273students' questionnaire survey and depth interview data and materials in Yibin Vocational&Technology College, Sichuan Province, this article aims to show the SWB(Subjective Well-being) of vocational college students groups, analyzes factors which influence their SWB, and explore some approaches to improve their SWB.The results of data statistics show that vocational college students' SWB has a positive trend of normal distribution; General life satisfaction, school satisfaction, free satisfaction are significantly different from grades and professionals; Urban and rural students'SWB has no differences; Whether he is a student cadres, choose an elective curriculum and has richer family or not, has little influence on SWB; Character influences friendship satisfaction and the Spearman correlation coefficient is0.162; Academic difficulties is related to general life satisfaction and the correlation coefficient is0.176; Academic difficulties is related to emotional balance and the correlation coefficient is0.193; Satisfaction to their majors greatly influences the subjective well-being to a great extent with correlation coefficient0.212; Parents education significantly influences the way higher vocational colleges of college students' general life satisfaction, correlation coefficient is0.168; Get along with people of higher vocational college students' SWB boasts significant effect; There exists significant differences in the higher vocational students'before and after scoring the SWB intervention.The article further analysis think:higher vocational college students are above the average level in the SWB; Academic difficulties to life satisfaction extent for11.8%, predictable emotional balance14.2%; Professional satisfaction degree of general life satisfaction extent to18.7%, emotional balance to provide19.2%; Parents education way into the general life satisfaction, the regression equation of its explanatory power account for19.6%; Get along with people is into the general life satisfaction regression equation, and also into the emotional balance regression equation, the interpretation of the two were13.3%,16.3%respectively; A good campus environment, action-oriented mode of classroom teaching and beautification bedroom can improve the quality SWB in certain degree.
