A Study On The Second Starting An Undertaking Of Private Enterprises Of China In The Present Period

Directed by The Structural Theory of General Systems, this thesis makes a systematic and overall study on the Second Starting an Undertaking of Chinese Private Enterprises in the present period by using of relati\ knowledge of modern enterpris&s scientific management. The paper consists of four parts: Part one: Firstly, this part defines the concept of Private Enterprise, briefly makes a review about the history of development of private enterprises and then introduces the important role of private enterprises in Chinese economic development. Part two: Directed by The Structural Theory of General Systems, this part analyzes the restricting factors from two aspects of the structure and environment of enterprise system. Part three: This part makes a positive analysis to the crises of some rapid growing up private enterprises. Part four: This part proposes some concrete countermeasures which Private Enterprises of China implement the Second Starting an Undertaking from two aspects of the structure and environment of enterprise system.
