Stages Of Growth Of Private Enterprise And Its Operating Strategy

The private economy grow vigorously and become an important part of national economy since we carry out the reform and opening policy. The prosperity and development of the private enterprises supply good market environments and conditions for Chinese economy system reform and make a giant contribution to the development of national economy. But the scale of Chinese private enterprises is small, their strength is weak and they are universally short—lived. After joining WTO , our private enterprises also face strong challenge from the foreign companies. The purpose of this paper is to supply the ways ,methods and measures that promote the sustained development of Chinese private enterprises. Firstly, the paper systematically analyses the developmental characteristics and status of the private enterprises. Secondly , the paper judges the growing stages of Chinese private enterprises by building models based on the theory of enterprise life cycle , approaches to the characteristics and the key problems of the private enterprises in every growing stages. Finally, the paper puts forword some managing countermeasures and takes Legend Group as an example. The analysis has some realistic significance in promoting the healthy development of Chinese private enterprises.
