In later stage of 90 age , Guangdong province entered into important interim faced problems of system of economy and mode of economical growth and structure of economy transformed. Competitiveness is an important factor influencing whether she get successfully through interim. It is more and more intense that internal and international competition faced Guangdong province at interim. How her compet itiveness is and what her competitive advantage and disadvantage are etc become dominating questions to research competitiveness of Guangdong province at interim.
