The Research On Evaluation And Its Application Of Enterprise Competitiveness

With the constant perfection of the socialist market economy system and the globalization of the market competition, especially after our country succeeded in joining WTO, Chinese enterprises confront the challenge from transnational enterprises, and they face the unprecedented competitive environment. Thus, analyzing enterprise competitiveness scientifically and knowing about competitive current situation, guiding them to make competitive strategy has important realistic meanings. At present, although scholars around world have already had a lot of results about enterprise competitiveness and appraisal method, but has not formed the intact theory and method system. Based on the theory discussion of enterprise competitiveness, have deeply researched on the foundation of evaluation index system, appraisal method and its application;By Using the analytic approach of the multi-layer factor to make comprehensive appraisal to 13 Limited Companies of Chinese automobile, confirmed the conpititive position of Beiqi Futian Limited Company , and carried on excellent and inferior position analysis, the suggestions are proposed to improve its enterprise competitiveness.
