Study On The Rationalization Of Common Commercial Housing Price In China

Based on the analysis of rationalization of common commercial housing price, a new concept, degree of price rationalization is introduced in this dissertation. The factors which influence the price of common commercial housing are presented by adopting the methods of personal judgement and expert consultation. The Interpretative Structural Modeling and the Analytic Hierarchy Process are used to establish rationalization assessment index system and determine the index weights. In the dissertation, an unproved standardization process method is proposed to handle the index standardization with reference to .ite developed countries or areas. The method of weighted exponent comprehensive evaluation is also selected, with which to evaluate rationalization degree of common commercial housing price of China in 1995. Based on all above, the ways to solve the problems existed in housing price are found, and the tendency of housing price reform is defined.
