A Study On Macroscopic Scale And Structure Of Investment In Real Estate Of China

Based on the current situation of our country抯 macroscopic scale and structure of investment in real estate, the thesis studies systematically the reasonable macroscopic scale and structure of real estate investment. Theories of investment and economics are applied. Both qualitative and quantitative methods are employed for analysis. The paper consists of six chapters. Chapter one: Introduction. It states the derivation and background of the thesis written. Chapter two: The relation between real estate investment and national economy. Firstly, it introduces the definition of real estate investment briefly and reviews the development of real estate investment in recent years. Secondly, it analyzes the relation between real estate investment and national economy. Chapter three: The mainly influence factors of real estate investment. Firstly, it put forward the influence factors of real estate investment. Secondly, it analyzes the effect of macro-economic situation on real estate investment. Finally, it analyzes the effect of population factor and political situation and government behavior. Chapter four: Analyses of macro-scale of real estate investment. Firstly, it analyzes the current situation of real estate scale. Secondly, it put forward the reasonable macroscopic scale of real estate investment in present stage, by studying the current situation. Finally, it set up a model and forecasts the macro-scale of real estate investment in 2000. Chapter five: Analysis of macro-structure of real estate investment. From supply and demand two aspects, it analyzes the current situation of real estate investment macro-structure. Chapter six: Management of macroscopic scale and structure of real estate investment. From deepening housing reform and strengthening macroscopic adjustment and control and promoting the development of housing industry, and so on, we should enhance the management of real estate investment, in order to advance reasonable macroscopic scale and structure of real estate investment. The last is concluding remarks.
