| This is a synthesis case for teaching with two sections: the case and case analysis. In the case section, a method of positivism is used. In time order and with clues of important events, the development process of GuangDong Macro Co. Ltd. is described in details. In the case analysis section, by applying knowledge obtained in MI3A course, especially the theories of strategic management, combined with his working experience for years, the author evaluates and analyzes Macro抯 strategies objectively, puts forward suggestion for future development strategy.
