Millennium Speculation:The Past,today Adn Future Of China Telecom——Mardet Structure And Competition Strategy

As a large state owned enterprise, Guangdong Telecom provides us a kind of representative significance, for it not only possess the currently conunonness of state owned enterprise, but also has the particularity of itself in growing. The thesis is composed of two parts: case description and case analysis. On the base of abundantly original data, the case description starts in the history. It helps the readers realize the particularity of Guangdong Telecom. In this part of the thesis, the author tries to present the historical development of Guangdong Telecom with a historical view and detailed data. In the part of case analysis, the author construct a model using the knowledge built through three years study. From an angle of Game theory, the author analyzed the competitive status of Guangdong Telecom in the future. Moreover, we are not far from being a member of WTO, Which involves more severe competition in the telecommunication sector. In this part of case analysis, the author put forward several opinion and countermeasure in the epoch of century alternation for Guangdong Telecom, according the conversion trend of sole monopoly to oligarch-monopoly.
