Venture Capital Evaluation System & Information Protects

This dissertation carries out systematical researches into the evaluation of venture capital and its information management, by literature-study method, demonstration-study, case-analysis method and other scientific methods.In the first part of article, it theoretically discusses the effect of information management on risk-decrease, risk-defense in venture capital. Then it expounds the achievement of inland experts and foreign experts in venture capital evaluation, and basing on the economic and culture environment in China, it summarizes the evaluation characters at present.The research innovatorily sets up a set of Venture Capital Project Evaluation System, including the evaluating procedure and the evaluation criteria for VC project. The former one provides the standard process for daily assess work in venture capital company, and the later one is to select the key factors which effecting the project result, and organize them into an arrangement system. So it makes sure that the evaluation work is of high efficiency and low cost, acting as a good decision-making gist.For the first time, it carries out the research on organizing and managing information in venture capital evaluation. It studies the information source, information circulating channel, information access, and information analysis, during the project evaluation process. And it brings forward the information utilizing methods, in order to decrease the information uncertainty in decision-making, help to make the right decision.
