Foreign capital is one of main impulses for our national economic development from opening to outside world Among all foreign capital, the rate of foreign direct investment (FDI), especially in1990's, is increasing year by year Along with the enlargement of FDI, it has showed some disadvantages in some areas when we agree its beneficial influence on our economies So there is a question in front of us, which is how to use FDJ better And many scholars and authorities have expressed their own ideas, some of which are totally opposite In order to increase the profit and degrade some disadvantage influence of using FDI, this thesis intend to combine venture concept, consider from venture analysis and venture prevention angles, then analyze FDI in assets, brand, technology and industrial development aspects This thesis try to describe consequences created by FDJ's venture on different economic levels, and bring out concerned prevention methods on the basis of it This thesis starts from venture concept, then gives rise to the definition of FDI's venture Pointing out FDI's characteristics and the foundation of FDI's venture, this thesis analyzes the venture in Chinese economies as well By analyzing international direct investment theories, chapter 1 analyzes theoretical foundation of FDI's venture, which is that these so-called international theories are raised from developed countries?angles and do not care developing countries?benefits Chapter 2 describes asset venture according to the change of our country's assets during FDI process, then put forward some steps to prevent it Combining with the competence of different brands in Chinese market, chapter 3 not only indicates our own brands?situation, but also emphasizes the reasons and measures to cope with it Chapter 4 depicts the circumstance of technological introduction in some FDI projects and study on our policy in which we wish to introduce technologies along with FDI Based on the circumstance, chapter 4 advances the reasons and some measurements to it Analyzing FDI's effect on our industrial development in the past, chapter 5 contains FDI's venture and prevention policies in industrial development field Comparing with discussing FDI's venture from chapter 1 to chapter 5, chapter 6 considers how to decrease the venture more extensively and macroscopically There have been some intensive discussions about how to take advantage of FDI more efficiently, and the ideas are versatile Comparing with those ideas, this thesis only research FDI from different economic angles So I appreciate any criticism...
