This paper is an analysis on human resources management, which contains two major parts: examples of cases and case studies. At the example part, through narrating the real case of Guangzhou Zhujiang Company, it reveals how a real estate development enterprise could improve its management environment to attract more intelligent personnel and achieve the goal of developing itself in the running process, by the means of reforming and innovating the mechanism of human resources, which is after the study and research of various aspects of the company's organization structure, income, personnel training and examining system. At the second part of analysis, the writer tries to use the knowledge her MBA education, especially the theory of Business Management and Human Resources Management, as well as her practical experiences to analyze different scenario of the innovation of human resources of the said company thoroughly, particularly the advantage and disadvantage in attracting intelligent personnel after the reforming of its human resources management system. Moreover, a series of strategic suggestions on how to further perfect the human resource system of the said company, such as human resource system reform, enhancing internal exchanges and actively bringing in qualified personnel, etc. are raised in the paper.
